Shiona DeCarvalho is the Director of Impact & YES Academy at Youth Enrichment Services (YES). Prior to joining YES in 2013, she was a Teen Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. Shiona has also taught courses as an Adjunct Professor at several colleges in the Greater Boston area. Shiona received her bachelor’s degree in Human Services at Springfield College and master’s degree in Education Psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago. She is currently a candidate for a Doctorate of Education at Northeastern University.
