We are sad that our track program is delayed, however our coaches got creative and still want to “coach” our YES participants (whether they are a spring or past participant)! So, starting Monday, March 23rd we will be posting YES Workout of the Week (WoW) for Track & Field youth! Hopefully some movement will alleviate some stress and add some fun into their day!
How does YES WoW work?
- Every Monday, check the portal for a new workout and videos.
- Send us a picture or video of your child doing the workout (Not required, but encouraged!)
- Workouts and challenges should be completed and submitted to [email protected] by Thursday of each week.
- Each challenge will have extra bonuses exercises if they are up to the challenge!
