YES is pleased to offer summer programming for youth during July and August 2020. We are sad that our track program is delayed, however our coaches got creative and still want to “coach” our YES participants (whether they are a spring or past participant)! So, starting Monday, March 23rd we will be posting YES Workout of the Week (WoW) for Track & Field youth! Hopefully some movement will alleviate some stress and add some fun into their day!
How does YES WoW work?
Every Monday, check the portal for a new workout and videos.
Send us a picture or video of your child doing the workout (Not required, but encouraged!)
Workouts and challenges should be completed and submitted to [email protected] by Thursday of each week.
Each challenge will have extra bonuses exercises if they are up to the challenge!
