YES Marathon Runner, Carolyn, featured in the Cohasset Mariner.

March 4, 2016 by Jamie Burch Leave a Comment

YES Marathon Runner and Cohasset resident, Carolyn, was recently featured in the Cohasset Mariner for her Boston marathon run with Team YES.

Carolyn and her husband, Jason, have been long -time supporters of YES. Both Carolyn and Jason are outdoor enthusiasts and are deeply supportive of YES’s mission to get inner-city youth outdoors. Carolyn has an impressive history of marathons under her belt, having completed over 20 marathons – including four Ironman marathons!

Carolyn says she chose to run the Boston Marathon for YES because she “believes every child should have the opportunity to get active – it boosts self-esteem and self-worth.” She last completed the Boston Marathon in 2012 and looks forward to dedicating her 2016 Boston Marathon run to YES.”
