Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is thrilled to announce that our organization is one of 150 local nonprofits that will share in $30 million through Cummings Foundation’s major annual grants program. Selected from a total of 715 applicants during a competitive review process, YES will receive $100,000 over three years.
“Receiving the Cummings Foundation grant is truly an honor for YES,” says Bryan Van Dorpe, Executive Director at YES. “The funds will go a long way to supporting our work with Boston young people and giving them opportunities to experience the outdoors, build self-confidence, and develop into young leaders through our year-round programs.”
Grant funds will help support YES’s outdoor enrichment and leadership development programs. An estimated 750 Boston youth will be supported each year of the grant.
Thank you to the Cummings Foundation for its recognition and generous support of YES’s mission to help inspire youth through outdoor experiences and leadership opportunities that build confidence and prepare them to summit life’s challenges.
