On August 18, please join Youth Enrichment Services (YES) and the Martin Richard Foundation for the 8th Annual Martin Richard Memorial One Mile Invitational. 100% of funds raised will support Youth Enrichment Services (YES).
Runners who are blind or mobility challenged and wheelchair racers are encouraged to participate. Participants in these categories may enter the adaptive 400 m race or any of the 1-mile races.

Parking is available in some small lots around the park, but you are highly encouraged to use public transportation at the JFK/UMASS Red Line MBTA stop.
We request a 9:00 or better entry/seed time for the 6:30 p.m. (Youth, High School, Open, and Masters) 1 Mile event. All others including walkers should participate in the 7:30 p.m. 1 Mile.
5:00 PM – Registration Opens
6:00 PM – 400 Meter Race (Ages 4 – 8), 400 Meter Race (Adaptive Racers)
6:30 PM – 1 Mile Races (Youth, High School, Open, & Masters)
7:15 PM – 1 Mile Race (Wheelchair Racers)
7:30 PM – Non-Competitive 1 Mile Walk/Run/Roll
Race Management reserves the right to seed and adjust heats when necessary based on the number of entries.
All 400 Meter and Youth 1 Mile finishers will receive a commemorative Martin Richard 1 Mile Memorial Ribbon.
The top three (3) finishers in the Youth, Scholastic, Masters, Open, and Wheelchair 1 Mile Races will receive awards.
