Virtual Cooking Class

Join the Youth Enrichment Services (YES) Young Professionals Committee for a Virtual Cooking Class with Sarah Hartzell, chef at Two Knives and a Pan. This class is open to all levels and open to families!
Turkey gets the headlines but everyone knows the sides are the stars of the Thanksgiving show. In this class we’ll make two simple and vegetable-forward sides (with make-ahead options) and one quick appetizer. Whether you’re hosting guests or having a smaller table this year, these recipes are a perfect complement to the big bird and they make a tasty vegetarian dinner on their own.
We will be making:
• Butternut Squash and Gruyère Tart
• Shaved Fennel Salad with Parmesan and Olives
• Spicy Yogurt Dip
A link to a Zoom meeting, ingredient list, kitchen tools, and prep work will be emailed out before the event.
A $10 donation is suggested. If you are able to give more, it is greatly appreciated!
All registrations will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card to Tuscan Kitchen!
